In line with its commitment to contribute to the growth of the impact investing community, Norselab welcomes Marte Ramstad as its new Communications Manager. Her addition brings a fresh perspective and new energy to the firm’s communication efforts.

Elevating Norselab’s Communications

As Communications Manager, Marte will lead Norselab’s efforts to enhance its external presence through strategic communications, including PR, events, social media, and digital platforms. She will drive key initiatives like the Norselab Impact Day and the annual Meaningfulness Report. Her mission will be to shape narratives that inspire action, build trust, and reflect Norselab’s commitment to truthful and meaningful communication. Marte’s role also includes overseeing the community and event management of Norselab’s co-working space, Thallus, fostering a dynamic and vibrant environment.

Marte’s experience with international tech companies and communications agencies has honed her ability to absorb and communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way to a diverse, global audience. At Norselab, Marte will blend her analytical skills and knack for storytelling with her drive to amplify impact, bringing our mission to life through compelling narratives.

Marte has a strong academic foundation, with a master’s degree in literary studies from the University of Bergen, complemented by years of diverse experience in communications, marketing, and project management. Her career spans roles in communications agencies and technology companies. Additionally, she brings editorial expertise from her experience as a manuscript consultant for the publishing house Aschehoug.
