Sales Development Representative

As our Sales Development Representative you are responsible for the top of our sales funnel. Your most important task is creating opportunities among people that know us, and also among cold prospects. For many of our customers you will be the very first touch point. In this process you will need to give a good first impression, build trust and see opportunities.

In this position you will get a wide range of challenges and the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. You will learn about technology, empathic sales and how we are building a startup. You are great at prioritizing and have the ability to motivate others to collective efforts.

To reach your goals, you need to have a doer mentality, a positive attitude, professional curiosity and the ability to connect easily with other people.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a close alliance with the team and our Account Executive to measure, adjust and refine our sales process.
  • Responsible for prospecting potential clients. This includes clients who have previously been in contact with us, our blog leads, our existing client base and new prospects.
  • Find the best ways to introduce our product and schedule meetings.
  • Understand the needs of our clients and articulate the value our solution provides.
  • Customize our key selling points that are used both outbound and inbound.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has recently started or dreams of starting a career within SaaS and B2B sales.

  • Education in sales, finance or marketing is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Experience in sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
